EU Flag

Let's create the European Union flag! Here is the specification, from Wikipedia:

One star

The key element of the EU flag is a circle with twelve stars. Complete the activity PyTamaro iconStar to define a parameterized function that will allow you to create stars with any number of vertices, any size, any angle, and any color.

Once you have completed the activity, save the star function in your toolbox (check PyTamaro iconthis guided activity to learn how to use the toolbox).

A circle of stars

According to the specification shown above, the flag contains twelve identical stars arranged in a circle. The stars are evenly spaced, every 30 degrees. Their center has a distance of 2/3 of the UNIT from the center of the circle. The stars should all be pointing upwards.

Complete flag

And now it's just a matter of overlaying the circle of stars on top of an azure rectangle. Check the specification above for the exact dimensions of the rectangle.
