The World Expo 2025 takes place in Osaka, Japan. The graphics at Expo follow the EXPO 2025 Design system. This system includes various elements, amongst them ID, representing individual life that grows and evolves. ID starts as an original cell, which looks like an eye of the EXPO 2025 Logo.

You probably stated that we need a red circle, on which we overlay a white ellipse (say, the "sclera" of the eye), on which we overlay a smaller blue ellipse (the "pupil" of the eye).

The sclera is offset a bit from the periphery of the red circle, but the pupil touches the outside of the sclera.
